Make a good lather with the STRIPPER and massage very well into the coat to the skin, then rinse with warm water. You want to follow with Starfire’s GREED, the ultimate treatment that infuses powerful vitamins, proteins and curative actives into the coat for optimal conditioning. Again, make a good lather with the GREED and massage very well into the coat to the skin. Leave GREED in for at least 15 minutes before rinsing with cool water.

For that final touch, I spray Starfire’s DESIRE or Starfire’s FLATTERY. DESIRE continues the conditioning process by restoring sinner health and flexibility to weak, depleted, or overclarified hair. This spray instantly rebuilds hair’s integrity because it is specially formulated to replenish vital Keratin amino acids. FLATTERY provides texture, volume and shine with resilient support.  This spray contains Keratin for a curative seal, which protects the hair for improved styling control. 

Once you spritz the coat with either spray, proceed to blow dry with hot air.  The end result is shiny hair, full with texture.  I do this the day before the show.  At the show I use FLATTERY as a ringside spray.  (FLATTERY is a “must have” product for any grooming or show preparation regimen!)

FOR MAINTENANCE/ SHOWS:  A beautiful show coat needs continued foundation between shows!  

I start with Starfire’s GLUTTONY, our curative volumizing shampoo. GLUTTONY is SULFATE FREE, non drying, and preserves coat color. 

Rinse very well and follow up with Starfire’s GOSSIP, our curative volumizing conditioner. GOSSIP’s weight free formula builds body and fullness while adding shine. Again, use very little as it is very concentrated, you do NOT want to use too much.  Make a good lather with the GOSSIP and massage very well into the coat to the skin.  I recommend leaving the GOSSIP in for a few minutes then rinse with cooler water.

Most important, I spray JEALOUSY or DESIRE before blow drying.

Use STRIPPER when you want a naturally shiny, healthy coat with volume and fullness.   This shampoo is used for show days only. Before blow drying use DESIRE grooming spray.

When you get home we highly recommend an instant hydrating treatment to ensure your Spaniel’s hair remains resilient for the next show! For this, there is Starfire’s GREED, the ultimate treatment that infuses powerful vitamins, proteins and curative actives into the coat for optimal conditioning. Wet the ears then massage a little of GREED into the hair.  Leave the treatment in for at least 15 minutes before rinsing. After a thorough rinse, follow with a spritz of Starfire’s JEALOUSY.

Starfire’s recommends our purifying line for the head followed by our moisturizing line on the body for that extra WOW factor that shows in a properly maintained coat. 

After rinsing the shampoo very well, it is recommended to towel dry them a bit and use INSOLENCE conditioner. Leave in conditioner for at least 15 minutes and rinse of. If You want to do the treatment, get a plastic bag, leaving the head of the dog out "of course" get a heating pad wrap this around the dog. Then get a big towel and wrap the dog so he will not be able to move and hold them for at least 15 minutes, then take the dog out of the hot plastic bag and let him cool for 5 minutes, rinse the dog very well with cooler water and I spray JEALOUSY to blow dry.

If the hair is very dry, for daily maintenance You can use treatment GREED doing the same procedure,  then spray with JEALOUSY to blow dry. 

On the show day, use REVENGE to iron the coat with-this is an amazing product because it will not only leave the coat silky, but also make the ironing non damaging (it withstand 274C degrees of heat), — REVENGE is for any breed that requires to have silky straight hair.  This will make them look amazing.
